Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Shippable Products

All sales are final. We will review purchases on a case by case if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We will require photos of packaging and products to help us determine if they will be accepted for a return/exchange or partial refund only. If they are accepted for a return/exchange it will be at your expense for return shipping, and shipping back to you for exchange. 

Digital items: All sales are final. Due to the nature of these items we will not offer refunds of any kind. If you have trouble downloading please feel free to contact us via email at Gootsie@Gootsiecraftsboutique.com. If you purchase an item twice, please send us order #s, and will be happy to allow you to pick out another digital item of equal value.
